The principals at AOR Logistics have more than 75 years of combined experience providing end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and facilities management services supporting U.S. and international clients. Using advanced technologies, customized processes, and an experienced team of highly skilled professionals, AOR Logistics optimizes the flow of materiels through demand planning, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics.
AOR Logistics has extensive experience overseeing and meeting asset disposition requirements, including deploying teams that arrange for receipt and shipping off-site of items that are being returned for replacement, upgrade, or destruction – the latter due to materiel condition failure, age and expiration, or that fall into an item destruction condition or status.
AOR Logistics has experience providing supply chain, material handling, and logistics support for a wide range of products and related services. We provide inventory management, product certification and inspection, item disposition and disposal, and safety stock and stores management and administration. In managing a variety of domestic and international supply chain needs, AOR Logistics employs advanced Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Quality Assurance Surveillance (QASP)-based business systems and processes, fine-tuned from decades of meeting industry-specific quality, Six Sigma, regulatory and other compliance standards.
AOR Logistics has extensive management experience overseeing Department of Defense Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) requirements, including at the nation’s most active ASP site: the Fort Polk Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) supporting the Army’s Joint Readiness Training Center. AOR Logistics principals twice led the Fort Polk LRC ASP to the receipt of the highest grades received by an ASP in the Army as audited by the Joint Munitions Command during its 2019 audit season. AOR Logistics principals managed ASP personnel that provided extensive munitions supply chain, logistics, inventory, training and facilities management services across an extremely wide range of munition types and at an average annual rate of roughly 55 million rounds of munitions and related items per year.

AOR Logistics provides full life-cycle materiel management and facilities management. We are experienced materiel handlers, employing sophisticated planning, organizing, and control methodologies to manage, track, store, ship, receive, inspect, issue, repair, and remediate a wide range of materiel from facilities worldwide, including long-term to short-term, high valued storage, temperature controlled, bulk storage, and multi-use / multi-client.
Our team of logisticians, quality control personnel, materiel handlers, and materiel expeditors support locations nationwide and worldwide, providing point-of-receipt materiel handling and associated services. Primary activities include: unpacking and inspecting items shipped into the location by original equipment manufacturers; conducting an inventory and quality inspection of items; performing minor repairs on the items; managing warranties and expiration dates (e.g. medical supplies) to validate acceptable shelf-life range given anticipated usage rate; repackaging items; delivering and/or facilitating storage of items within the shipping location area; and providing item usage training for users at the site.
AOR Logistics have extensive experience meeting kitting and shipping requirements. Our personnel conduct pallet build-up of assets ordered and returned and can arrange this from our warehouse facilities or at the client site facility. These services include ordering, preparing, and managing materiel being marshalled for overseas contingencies operations as well as materiel being returned for disposition, destruction, or disposal.
AOR Logistics also executes materiel update services, providing inspection of asset inventories at point of receipt, assisting personnel with incorporating changes or updates into existing assemblages following appropriate industry or government governance and requirements.
AOR Logistics principals have comprehensive facilities management experience, having managed, operated, and provided security services for facilities and compounds – managing and maintaining buildings and storage facilities including multiple office structures, warehouses, storage facilities, loading docks, and specialized facilities and equipment where millions of assets per year are received, repaired, prepared, inventoried, stored, and issued. AOR Logistics is experienced in managing, operating, and administering to the needs of U.S. federal agency programs at the SECRET level, including providing comprehensive compound security and perimeter fencing and gate inspection, operation, and manning.

AOR Logistics leverages the design work of partner QuantumS3 in representing and deploying meti ™ – a data mining and visualization software that enables real-time management and predictive analytics of critical supply chain and inventory management status and projections. meti ™ is an open-source designed software and can be easily customized and scaled across an enterprise without paying expensive license fees or royalties.
Military, homeland security, and first responder personnel utilize tactical displays to fight, survive, and win on a multi-dimensional battlefield. Tactical displays use information provided through visualization to enable situational awareness. Situational awareness leads to accurate and timely decision making. Sound decision making leads to mission success and the achievement of operational efficiencies. meti ™ is the Logistician’s tactical display.
meti ™ is a data Dashboard tool. The name meti ™ is derived from the Latin word for “measure” or metior. meti ™ uses state-of-the-art machine language and artificial intelligence to seamlessly and securely work with data sources to derive insights that enable thoughtful and informed decision making and actions.
meti ™ incorporates data analytics and predictive forecasting by mining data to limitlessly produce custom visualizations. meti ™ equips decision makers with organizational overviews of their logistics and supply chain operation, providing a virtually unlimited array of visualizations.
meti ™ provides data visualizations that are fully interactive and designed to help show situational awareness into status, trends, and emerging results. meti ™ can quickly provide real-time insight into the status and progress of maintenance efforts, critical supply inventories and shortfalls, and management oversight of transportation assets designed to keep an operation moving forward. meti ™ reduces the need for labor-intensive, costly, and error-prone manual data entry associated with trying to bootstrap charts and tables out of common tools such as MS Excel.
meti ™ is built from cutting edge, open-source application design software. No need to pay expensive commercial software royalty fees and licenses. meti ™ can easily be connected to one or many data sources and assimilates, efficiently cleans, and precisely selects desired data quickly. meti ™ can be easily launched and operated from a computer, tablet, and mobile device.
meti ™ includes an “Ask the Expert” interface that messages our software team to update or provide additional visualizations as desired. meti ™ includes Human Capital Management (HCM) that displays program personnel data, gaps, and activities. And, meti ™ has a geospatial feature that maps physical locations of assets, personnel, suppliers, and events.
meti ™ can be applied to a single program site or to an enterprise.
