AOR Logistics LLC is based in beautiful Central Oregon, a landscape filled with a geographic diverse array of mountains, rivers, pine forests, and high desert wonders. Our headquarters is located in the town of Redmond, a growing community near the principle city of Bend and the vibrant towns of Prineville, Madras, and others. Oregon is known for its commitment to economic, social, and environmental sustainability and preservation. Our communities are also renowned for their focus on art, education, and innovation.
AOR Logistics was created by business partners whose backgrounds have shaped the design, launch, and inspirational leadership and advancement of multiple other small businesses. We are led by individuals with a record of having successfully started and turned around more than a half-dozen small businesses, three of which made the Top 25 fastest growing minority-owned federal government contracting businesses and a service-disabled veteran owned small business that achieved an average three-year government industry year-over-year growth rate of more than 280%.

AOR Logistics has extensive experience managing Service Contract Act (SCA) and unionized workforces with a record of working seamlessly and synergistically with labor unions to develop innovative workforce development and performance incentive-based management initiatives that transcend modern Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)-based frameworks. In fact, our labor union initiatives have been recognized by the Teamsters union Region 19 as a transformative approach to inspiring unionized workforce performance, career development, and incentivization in some of the most challenging federal contract environments.

Freight Forwarding Certified
AOR Logistics is a certified freight forwarder by the US Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Administration, acting in full compliance with the Arms Control Export Act (ACEA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). AOR Logistics is also certified by the National Motor Freight Traffic Association as a Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) holder. AOR Logistics has decades of freight forwarding requirements identification, pricing, delivery, inspection, and process management experience. We also provide onsite cargo inspection, inventory, and quality assurance support at point of shipment and delivery per client need and satisfaction.

For US government and industry clients with overseas contract requirements in Japan, AOR Logistics Godo Kaisha LLC enables these organizations to obtain invaluable credit toward HUBZone-certified subcontractor quota obligations as well.
